We started in e-commerce since 2015 and established UPIN GLOBAL TRADING PLT since 2018.
The name “UPIN” was inspired from Chinese character – 优品, which is pronounced as “You” (优) “PIN” (品).
“优” means premium, superior, excellent…
“品” means products literally but also can be considered quality when combined with other wording.
When combining these 2 words together, it translates the vision of our company.

Our vision is to bring in premium, superior and excellent quality products from Japan to improve the lifestyle quality of people in Malaysia. We believe Malaysian deserve a better quality product and lifestyle. While quality products can be low cost and are part of the daily lifestyle in Japan, why not Malaysia?
With this vision, our team done research and study Japanese lifestyle to bring in true Japanese local brands and Japanese local products which are used by Japanese in their daily life. We aim to improve your lifestyle quality by the products we sell.

Mission
While we started our e-commerce business in 2015, we realize there are a lots of counterfeit Japanese products in the market selling at unreasonable price, or buyer selling a non-Japan product but claim to be Japan product with few Japanese wording on the packaging. We recognize this as an action of cheating.
Our mission is to provide a secure and safe platform for you to shop for original Japan product. We are assuring ALL the products listed in our website are original and directly imported from Japan. We do not sell international version product but Japan Domestic Product only.
