Any return, exchange or refund due to buyer convenience are not acceptable to us. Please make sure your order is correct before checkout. Exchange of the product or refund for the product can be arranged for the following reasons:
a. If the product is obviously damaged at time of delivery.
b. If the product is damaged inside packaging after delivery.
c. If the product ordered is different from the item delivered.
Kindly contact our customer service within 72 hours from the date of delivery and our team will assist you in this, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.
Products returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price which you had paid at the point of ordering.

Contact us and provide us with your Order ID, name of item and the reason for returning (picture or video). Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with the return process.
Products to be returned must be returned in its original packaging, unused, unopen sealed package, with all gift items (if any) together. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you. The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it delivered to Us. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product is received by us. All items must be received by us before we proceed to refund or exchange.
