  • Within Peninsula Malaysia
    • FREE SHIPPING within Peninsula Malaysia for all orders above RM150 (After Discount) and within 1.0kg.
    • For Order below RM150, the shipping fee is at RM7 flat rate within 1.0kg.

  • East Malaysia
    • FREE SHIPPING within Peninsula Malaysia for all orders above RM250 (After Discount) and within 1.0kg.
    • For Order below RM250, the shipping fee will be charged according to the shipping fee stated in the order details before shopping cart check out.
  • When will you ship my order?
    • All order is expected to be shipped on next Business Day after order confirmation. Please note that Friday and Saturday are not Business Day in Johor.
  • How do i track my parcel?
    • Once your online order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking info so that you can track and trace your order at any time. 
    • If you do not receive your parcel within the given time frame, please let us know, we are happy to help.
  • When will i receive my order?
    • For Peninsula Malaysia, in normal circumstances, parcel shall reach you within 7 working days after shipment.
    • For East Malaysia: – in normal circumstances, parcel shall reach you within 10 working days after shipment.
  • Do you ship to Singapore?
    • Sorry, we ship within Malaysia only. However, we have a partner company in Singapore. Please do drop us a message on the product you want so that we can check with our partner about the availability.
  • What if i’m not in at the time of delivery?
    • If you are not available to take delivery or collection, Courier Company may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept delivery or collect the Product from the carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
      1. – charge you for our reasonable costs incurred by Us; or
      2. – no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the order, in which case we will refund to you or your credit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the order, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any others as provided).
  • Why I still not receive my parcel? 
    • We do everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the Website. However, delivery duration is solely depending on the courier company which is out of Our control. Customer shall contact the Courier Company directly if there is any doubt on the delivery with the tracking number provided.
  • Can I change my delivery address / name / phone number? 
    • Delivery address, consignee name and phone number can be changed before you check out your shopping cart. After the check out and payment, we are not able to change the any of your shipment details for you. You may cancel your order and re-order again if you insist need to change your address after the order.
